Sale Terms & Conditions:

• Furniture Place NZ is a retail furniture shop with showroom open 7 days, all our products are on display and buyers or their agents are welcome to view. Select and compare between our different models or styles before buying, we are not selling products based on photo or internet descriptions only.

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your Product to our store within 5 Working days (7 days including weekends) under following conditions:
        1: You must contact us by email & return the product within 7 days after receiving the product.
        2: The product must be returned in its original unopened and sealed packaging; and undamaged condition.
        3: Minimum 30% restocking, administration assessment & inspection Fee will apply to all return products, the fee might be increased more than 30% depending on the work required.
        4: Buyer responsibility to return the product & keep it safe in transit.
        5: The refund will not include services that have been done, shipping, delivery, and installation fees.
        6: Products from the following categories or out of 7 days period are excluded from return policy.
                  •Items marked ‘display’ or ‘floor stock’.
                  • Seconds and Clearance items
                  • Customized Product
                  • Mattresses due to hygienic reasons

• All of our products carry one year RTB warranty. Warranty will not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse, this warranty only covers defects in material and workmanship under normal household usage.

• RTB (Return to Base) means the buyer pays for returning goods to us and we will fix or replace the goods, we will not take any risk to pay for return or exchange furniture or going to your place to exchange or fix if you think it has any imperfections or faults, but we would be more than happy to fix the returned product and send it back at our own cost, or, send you the replacing parts. The minor imperfections is normally easy to be fixed on the buyer's end.

• It is important for buyers to read the above Sale Terms & Conditions carefully as by using our website, you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms.

• The Consumer Guarantees Act doesn’t apply to goods usually used for commercial use.
